I would never ride with these people again in my life. Okay so what happened is in no way this company’s fault. It’s the fault of the driver only. Yesterday Mtm had set me up with a ride for my son to get to dialysis in Nola. However I had told Them to cancel this ride because my original ride had shown up. Well they didn’t. I was in New Orleans at children’s hospital with my son when they showed up at my house. First ride to my appointment was scheduled for 6:35am ride came late at 7am. The pick up ride was scheduled for 7:45am. The ride never came. Then called for assistance and it took another hour to get a driver to pick me up. All while pregnant. Never using this service again. Extremely unreliable.
