I wanted to let you know about my experience Dean Lay. I believe he is your employee. I met him at 5am in the hotel parking lot where I had been searching for my lost wallet for over an hour and a half. Panic was starting to set in. Poorly run crews. I was in a state park, got unloaded and made it to the middle of the lake in my kayak. 20 minutes later a very bold fellow told me to move my truck or it would be towed. No signage, no one stopped me coming in, spoke with the manager and it seemed absolutely no thought or preparation goes into the operation.
