Steve's workmanship is very good. I was shown a quote of $785. My invoice sent to me was $990. I queried this and was told it was correct ! I was charged $90 to install a towel ring ( one screw, would've taken approx 10 minutes) I had a tradesman look at my invoice and was told there should be an hourly rate for labour shown (which wasn't) I queried this with Steve and received a very angry message back saying that I had no right to show the invoice to anyone ! Very disappointed as now my carpets are patchy as if the water wasn't changed enough
