At 11:09 AM on 14/01/2026, on Marion Road near Galway Avenue, a driver driving a car with “Emery Property Services” labeled on it was driving next to me. The driver then cut in front of me. Steve's workmanship is very good. I was shown a quote of $785. My invoice sent to me was $990. I queried this and was told it was correct ! I was charged $90 to install a towel ring ( one screw, would've taken approx 10 minutes) I had a tradesman look at my invoice and was told there should be an hourly rate for labour shown (which wasn't) I queried this with Steve and received a very angry message back saying that I had no right to show the invoice to anyone !
