There's a bitter tenant who falsely claims she smells smoke, when clearly she's the one doing it. We can smell her smoke in two different bathrooms. Favoritism absolutely. Two large vehicles in desperate need of a tune-up are constantly making obnoxious noise all hours of the day and night. Police are here frequently due to people making, doing and selling drugs.
