We had a very bad experience with this company. We entrusted this company with my 80 year old mother whom has alzheimers, her care giver, and my 90 year old father who also has mobility issues. It was a family members wedding one hour away, and we chose to use this service to get my parents and care giver home safely. The driver stopped the vehicle on the way home 5 times, and one of those times the driver proceeded to smoke. None of those times did the driver explain what was going on. Saw a driver of one of their vehicles smoking while inside the transportation van in the McDonalds parking lot at Westin Road and 401 in Toronto on Sunday May 25, 2025. The driver then flicked his butt out the window, littering it on the ground. I cannot believe the drivers are allowed to smoke inside the vehicles used for patient transportation. Absolutely disgusting.
