Saw a driver of one of their vehicles smoking while inside the transportation van in the McDonalds parking lot at Westin Road and 401 in Toronto on Sunday May 25, 2025. The driver then flicked his butt out the window, littering it on the ground. I cannot believe the drivers are allowed to smoke inside the vehicles used for patient transportation. Absolutely disgusting.
