Just got my CDL medical card Nice, clean venue Friendly and helpful staff They will send the card to dmv and you are all set I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone not just for medical certificates. Actually these doctors changed my life over 10 years ago by advising me to change my lifestyle. I am thankful and grateful to DR Sarwar (he passed away) for his personalized advices and led me to healthy lifestyle. Walk-ins are ok here!
