The Worst office! Referrals are not able to reach this office and I have called 15 times in the past 2 months and continuously get put on hold then hung up on. Huge waste of time and money! Giving them 1 star is too much!
I've always had trouble breathing through my nose and was looking for some answers. I was recommended by a friend to visit the RIENT and get checked out. I was introduced to Dr. Emery. He was very polite and asked questions about my situation to help him best determine the next steps. After a few steps necessary to allow my insurance to cover a surgery he came to the determination that Ishould get a Septoplasty and turbinite reduction. I have been a patient of Dr. Emery, over the past couple of months. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and his personality. Dr. Emery is very attentive and listens to your concerns. I would recommend anyone that is looking for an ear, nose and throat specialist to make an appt. with him. He is very truthful and upfront with his opinion/treatment options.
I saw Dr Emery today for my first visit. Took the time to answer all my questions, alleviated all my fears, gave me advice, and follow up testing. Was a pleasure to speak to someone who understood my issue. Would highly recommend.
