Writing review on behalf of my dad, who showed up for his appointment this morning to have ear wax removal only to find out his insurance was no longer accepted. He was never notified of this prior to his appointment, and the worst part was the lowly office staff was NOT kind to my dad, an 86 year old elderly gentleman. Shame on this office for having the audacity to treat an elder inappropriately… medical offices and their staff are going downhill at rapid speeds and this office is absolutely no exception. Be kind. Went for my 6 month appointment only to be told he no accepted United Healthcare PPO Been a patient for 15 years and wasn’t given a referral or any other help. Just a sorry I was no a patient. This is definitely not acceptable from any Doctor. Office was very rude when I asked for help in finding a new ear physician. Would not recommend this office to my worse enemy Oh and I am 79 years old so I was justified in asking for help
If you are looking to be a NEW patient DON'T BOTHER - gave me an appointment that was 3 months from the day I called. - had me call them each day to check for cancellation which I did - NEVER HAPPENED - a few weeks before my appt got an automated message that my appt had been canceled & to call them to reschedule - they then added another month & a half from my initial call - didn't care that I was hurting & was loosing the hearing in my ear - HE WAS GOING ON VACATION!!! I WOULD NOT REFER THIS DR TO MY WORST ENEMY - NO CONCE... read more

I never been so disappointed I have been going to dr Emory since I have been 5 years old and went there today because I had a bad ear infection and he turned me away because he didn’t think he was going to get paid for his service I have insurance how do you do that to someone how has been taking care of for so many years sent me home in pain over a few dollars hope you have your day dr Emory
