We were happy with our new hardwood floor, which was done in correctly, we do not have an issue with that. But the tile that was done at the doors was done very poorly. Within a couple of days the grout was cracking. I contacted Jim to let him know and he blew me off by saying he had a big job he was working on and that he would come take a look when he had time. Very professional, did a great job for a fair price. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Jim is a good man and does GREAT work!
Very happy with the flooring installation that Jim and his crew did in our new home. Will definitely be calling them in the future for other projects.
