This surgery is an absolute joke. Ir should be shut down for medical negligence - some one will die as a result of their utter incompetency! Takes weeks and weeks for an appointment - never answer the phone. The push you to do E consults and half the time they ask a question that if you say yes to they say sorry we can’t help you!!! I required a blood test - after jumping through hoops to get it done and having bloods taken I heard nothing back. This is the worst surgery I've ever been with. This Surgery is closed and I am now redirected to another surgery. I spend hours in a telephone queue and it takes weeks to get hold of the person I need to speak to or get an appointment. Zero patient care, God forbid you have an actual emergency. My son cut his hand badly. I was referred to Yate walk in centre, who couldn't see him, as they were too busy. It took a week before an actual Dr could see him and treat his hand. Hopeless and helpless. We now have to complete an online form only to get a response saying they can’t help you. At the very least you could offer alternative suggestions on how to get support instead of expecting people to just wait forever. This is the most frustrating GP I have ever been with.
