Econsult submitted 14th August, I chased 2nd October and was told econsults from the week of 14th of August are getting called that week....over the 6 weeks notified. Now week 8 and still no call. I chased on Monday and instead of waiting in the queue I asked for an automated call back at 3:21pm where I was 7th in the queue but no call back. Some serious failings as a GP practice. This is the worst GP surgery I have ever experienced. It’s been closed for over a year and the lack of care given by staff is unacceptable. It’s impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, you have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment. It’s also incredibly inefficient, if you get referred for any other tests in your appointment you have to wait another 4 weeks for that, then they don’t let you know when the results are in, and you’ll have to wait another 4 weeks for any follow up. Terrible service ... is emersons green medical centre ever going to re open ? Cos if not I will find a different Dr's... I can't keep going all the way down to Downend near Dibden in my wheelchair this is why I put up with pain to avoid ringing Dr which you can't get appointment anyway to go all that way it's no joke when your in lot pain everywhere ... it's about time you answered wether medical centre in St lukes place is te opening or not well ?

This surgery is an absolute joke. Ir should be shut down for medical negligence - some one will die as a result of their utter incompetency! Takes weeks and weeks for an appointment - never answer the phone. The push you to do E consults and half the time they ask a question that if you say yes to they say sorry we can’t help you!!! I required a blood test - after jumping through hoops to get it done and having bloods taken I heard nothing back.
