Very bad communication. No phone call back regarding one of the trademark . I'll never pay for something when I have questions before the payment. I've called the office and left a message to return my call and all I get is misunderstanding. Then tell me 900.00 per trademark before Christmas. Then after tell me 1750 per trademark. That's not 6% increases. I'll gladly find another firm. This was the worst communication and I never got any service in the first place. Please do not respond back. Excellent service with a caring team who truly has the desire to help! For my business needs that Emerson Thomson Bennett can cover I will choose this firm first every time.
When I called in the receptionist I spoke with was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos for this place and the employees!!
The staff is rude especially the grouchy older receptionist woman. Find a firm with nicer, more caring people.
