After less than ideal relationships with other companies, we found Emerson. They have been great to work with!

We use Emerson Technologies at my work and for my personal computers at home. We had a mal-ware infection on our desktop computer over a weekend, which sent a notification to Emerson Technologies. They called me on Monday. I explained what happened. They suggested that I bring in my computer for them look at it. By Wednesday, they had called and fixed the problem. Thank you Phil and your team for working on my computer and keeping it safe.
