I also received a bill for services never rendered, what is worse when I called Emerson Hospital they do not have any idea who this billing company is. They can’t find a balance due with the account number provided, when you call the number to inquire about the bill the person on the other side of the line appears to be part of a scam. I already reported them to the FBI.
No online payment option, in 2024 this is ridiculous.
Review should have ZERO STARS, not one. Emerson has started going out of its way to make up unnecessary things to bill you for and then does not respond when you ask for why they were necessary. If you can find another practice, go there!
