No online payment option, in 2024 this is ridiculous.
Review should have ZERO STARS, not one. Emerson has started going out of its way to make up unnecessary things to bill you for and then does not respond when you ask for why they were necessary. If you can find another practice, go there!
Terrible, incompetent, irresponsible, billing practices. Stay away! The only reason I gave it even 1 star is because I couldn't submit my post without it. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a serious systemic problem with Emerson Practice Associates' billing procedures that needs investigation. I recently received a bill dated May 10, 2024 for doctor's portion for services rendered in October 27, 2022. I had paid my copayment at the time of original service. "Emerson Practice Associates P" in Concord, MA sent me a bill for about $4200. for services never rendered. They continue to harass me for a debt I absolutely do not owe, and never did! Furious at these incompetent jerks.
