I am not one to write reviews on the yellow pages site. However, given the circumstance, I decided a review was appropriate. When we began shopping for our father's headstone we were terrified of the permanancy of our decisions and had no idea what to do or where to go. We visited Emerson on a friend's recommendation and were initially nervous- we had no clue what we were doing! In September, my family and I discovered the unfortunate news that my father has terminal cancer and is not expected to make it past this month-- He's still going somewhat stong, by-the-way, thank God. We are so glad we found Emerson Monument Co. When my mother passed we were not sure where to start. We knew we wanted to create a beautiful headstone for her but felt that we needed some ideas to help get us started. Emerson's staff was friendly and held our hands through the entire process. They were able to provide some ideas, show us a rendering of what the headstone would look like, and let us make the changes we wanted before they started the work.
