My PCP is here. Dr. Zide. I was previously very happy here. But this past weekend I lost my insulin pen and called to ask if they could get me another. This is the type of care you receive from this establishment. Why do I need to go to urgent care? That is such a poor response and why is the receptionist making a diagnosis?
I don’t think the front desk Korean guy understands English. Very hard to communicate with him
