Dismal office staff that can’t keep track of patient files or provide any guidance or help for their own mistakes. Apparently their only response is “I have no idea how to help you” instead of doing anything to correct their disorganization. Also not interested in paying hundreds in fees just for talking to a PCP.
My PCP is here. Dr. Zide. I was previously very happy here. But this past weekend I lost my insulin pen and called to ask if they could get me another. I spoke with Becky and she said that he said I had to go through an endocrinologist and that she couldn’t help me. She couldn’t do anything. Even though he is the one who wrote my prescription.
