Taylor was amazing, professional and persistent all throughout my case. My case was a dog bite incident. It should’ve been a straightforward process however the property was rented and owner had no homeowners insurance. Taylor had no incentive to continue with my case as many cases would end right there. However she stuck through, kept me updated throughout the entire process through phone and text.
