They don't help you. The place is filthy. No way to lock the bathroom doors. Doctors and nurses are cold. My mother was sent home bleeding from her rear end and bp of 184/89 and the doctor said he has no problem with that. Gave her Tylenol for the pain. Seriously? Avoid this place.

As most emergency rooms...waiting times can be not the greatest depending on when you go but once you get in, the staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and caring, from all ERs I have been to, this is the only one I would recommend!
I had severe back problem needed an MRI two doctors read the MRI totally misdiagnosed me few days later went to Brigham and women's they figured out what was wrong and cured me
