EMERSON HOSPITAL KIDNAPPED MY BROTHER A CITIZEN OF FRANCE AND LEFT HIM IN A ROOM IN A BED FOR OVER ONE YEAR, FORBID HIM TO SPEAK TO HIS NEPHEWS IN THE US, FORBID HIM TO SPEAK TO HIS SECOND LEGAL GUARDIAN IN FRANCE, FORBID HIM TO MEET WITH THE FRENCH CONSULATE, REFUSES TO THIS DAY TO TREAT HIS ROTTEN TEETH, REFUSES TO HAVE HIS TOE NAIL CUT, REFUSES TO HAVE A CAT SCAN OF HI SPINE AS HE CANNOT WALK FOR WEEKS.

Had an emergency arise, I brought my husband to the littleton location, not knowing they were closing within 5 minutes, the ATTITUDE from the front desk was UNACCEPTABLE !!! She was extremely rude and turned her back to us while talking to other staff members who also were not the nicest either !!

I had a great experience with Emerson Urgent Care in Littleton. Both the nurse and doctor were compassionate and experienced & got me sorted out quickly for a repeat bladder infection post ovarian cancer surgery. This is the 4th time our family has gone there in 3 years & every experience has been very good. I am very happy to have this place 3 miles from my home.

Our experience with this place has been DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING! We got back from vacation today and me and my kids really needed a covid test before heading back to work/classes tomorrow. So I started calling places and found this one in Litteton which is about 45 min away from me. I was told by the staff that they offered rapid tests and that it takes 15 min for the results, which was just what I needed. She got all my information and told me to be there at 3:45pm. My daughter spent the day in the Ed seeking help for extreme anxiety and depression. She is a hair stylist and has purple and pink hair she overheard one of the nurses refer to her as rainbow brite. Very unprofessional if you ask me! Health care providers should show more sensitivity when dealing with fragile patients

Safe your self from tear and a lot stress, don’t ever go to the emergency room of this hospital, the front desk old lady who works there is so mean so mean. I have a family member at the hospital and any time I came and try to see her, this front desk lady and all stuff are horrible. I regret to trusting them to take care of my relative here. The front desk of the emergency room are the wreck I ever see in my life.

The nurses do not wash their hands after leaving another patients room. Also 1 nurse i asked if she could ask the doctor if i could have a nebulizer treatment i was having problems breathing she made me feel like i was being a burden. The dr was good
