Doctor Kevin Nuttall, Jason, Kristen amd Jonguel all contributed to making my urgent visit An absolute success. They were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me so well. Dr. Nuttall was Absolutely amazing, expertly extracting a small piece of glass that was embedded pretty deep inside my foot. His medical skill along with his bedside manner were of the highest excellence and skill and care. Thank you, Emerson Health Urgent Care! You all are the absolute best.
They sent my daughter’s prescription to a pharmacy that was closed and then closed themselves at 5:00 before I could call back. Their phone rang and rang until it hung up. No answering service, no machine. While we were there we watched them turn away a kid with a broken collarbone who had no idea where else to go.
Walked into Emerson Urgent Care on Friday feeling like death and hoping for some kind of reprieve. Instead I get handed a sheet of paper with phone numbers for primary care doctors. Like I’m a local soccer mom just shopping around with six months to kill before an appointment opens up. Brother, I don’t even live in this state. Really accessible healthcare when you need it. I've been able to get in on a weekend with less than 50 minutes notice for issues like strep, stitches and flu. Parents, keep this number in your contacts. The MDs and NPs who have treated my kids have all been great and they don't rush you out like they do at primary care or in the ER.
