Cynthia was very friendly and efficient. She made a positive experience for a strep test when my child was feeling very under the weather.
What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait forty minutes in a room full of sick people after the time the appointment is scheduled? I got swabbed for rapid tests after waiting about forty minutes in the waiting room, then got sent back to the waiting room, then called into a private room. Overall my experience in a recent visit last month to Emerson Urgent Care in Maynard was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and got me into a room at my appointment time. I certainly appreciated the time Dr. Venditti took with me when I came in with a terrible cough, fever, and overall exhaustion. WOW! This place is a joke! Will not be going back!! Other urgent care places close by that have better care! Extremely disappointing!! Guess I should’ve read the reviews before I went over there!!!
Dr. Kevin Nuttall was very professional, very thorough, took the time to listen and exam carefully, explained to me patiently how he reached the possible diagnosis for my headache.
