WOW! This place is a joke! Will not be going back!! Other urgent care places close by that have better care! Extremely disappointing!! Guess I should’ve read the reviews before I went over there!!!
Dr. Kevin Nuttall was very professional, very thorough, took the time to listen and exam carefully, explained to me patiently how he reached the possible diagnosis for my headache.
Doctor Kevin Nuttall, Jason, Kristen amd Jonguel all contributed to making my urgent visit An absolute success. They were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me so well. Dr. Nuttall was Absolutely amazing, expertly extracting a small piece of glass that was embedded pretty deep inside my foot. His medical skill along with his bedside manner were of the highest excellence and skill and care. Thank you, Emerson Health Urgent Care! You all are the absolute best.
They sent my daughter’s prescription to a pharmacy that was closed and then closed themselves at 5:00 before I could call back. Their phone rang and rang until it hung up. No answering service, no machine. While we were there we watched them turn away a kid with a broken collarbone who had no idea where else to go.
Walked into Emerson Urgent Care on Friday feeling like death and hoping for some kind of reprieve. Instead I get handed a sheet of paper with phone numbers for primary care doctors. Like I’m a local soccer mom just shopping around with six months to kill before an appointment opens up. Brother, I don’t even live in this state. The doctor wasn’t so much a healer as a substitute teacher who caught me chewing gum.
