Multiple surgeries here and Emerson Hospital staff and facilities are the best! Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Always professional and was critical to my full recovery.
my experience with Dr. Khan was 100% positive. He treated my colon cancer in September 2020. He was very patient and compassionate in explaining the process before the surgery. After the surgery I saw him at least twice a day while recovering in the hospital. I found him very personable and enjoyable to speak with.
Dr Koyne cancelled surgery the same day I was scheduled because I had not "completely" quit smoking...beyond that she was judgemental regarding my weight. Not telling me not quitting was a deal breaker for surgery. Not at all professional.
Just atrocious. Still waiting on that call back, Sherri. Office is negligent and should be shut down. They essentially changed the procedure I was having on the operating table while I was under the influence of narcotics I have a negative response to (which they willfully ignored) . They lost my papers explaining my AIRWAY and INTUBATION DIFFICULTIES, not life threatening or anything (sarcasm). And in terms of post-op care, nothing.
