The nurses here are completely incompetent and rude. They stare blankly at you with no thoughts in their tiny brains when you’re speaking. The girls behind the front desk also speak very loudly about patients while you’re in the waiting area and can clearly hear them. The most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to.
Dr. Chen is generous with her time and wants the best for patients. The practice is also very clean and orderly.
