Dr. Chen is generous with her time and wants the best for patients. The practice is also very clean and orderly.

The best PC i’ve ever had
This practice is incompetent, and borderline negligent. I have to constantly contact them about every thing if i want any follow up or any level of healthcare. I have to suggest i should see a specialist for X issue, or should i be doing this etc. I feel like my own doctor at times. If you are a patient here, you better advocate for yourself and be pushy, or you will be forgotten the second you walk out of that door.
Dr. Tong is professional with sounding experience in both internal medicine and women's health care (GYN). She is polite and a good listener. In some of my visits, she went beyond what regular family care doctor can do. The staffs in her office are also very nice to patients.
