When a secretary books you towards the end of the day and you rearrange your work hours and your other Dr. Appointments. Because you really like this Doctor, and the invitation nor the call for telehealth done, abd you are left waiting a while hour for nothing.. then I cannot give a good review. Because the gatekeeper needs to be a good one.

I have the exact same experience as Kondakchyan. I wish I found his/her comment prior my visit. They did nothing (I spoke to dr < 5 min) but they charge for TREATMENT, and bill my insurance and send an invoice to me for my out of pocket. Be warned!! I have called them multiple times and discussed with a couple personnel but not only refused to provide documentation (my own record)/explanation for the charge but also very rude. They yelled at me and hung up on me!! This place is a scam.. seriously.. be warned
