I've never seen a pair of people less motivated than the two young women at the lab registration window. My God, if they moved any slower they'd be walking backwards. Absolutely no appreciation for anyone's time. Gave up after 90 minutes of waiting to be registered.
I have been to this lab many times. Always professional, excellent staff.
Look at my arm after a routine blood draw. Causing stiffness in hand and arm. Tech was rough and a bit rude. This is 11 days after the draw. Now my doctor wants me to go to an additional urgent care visit due to a routine blood draw. So I will be missing more work. I cannot recommend this lab.
The lab technician was friendly and professional. It was an unusually slow day when I went. So they took me right away. The blood test results were received by my doctor the very next day. Great!
