I had my first and last appointment with Sravanthi Madala, MD. Waited anxiously for an evaluation after being referred by my PCP. The visit itself was maybe 10 min and that included the pre-visit with the MA. The MA was more thorough than the doctor who came in, felt my neck and said I needed to schedule an ultrasound. Zero interest in hearing what my symptoms were, the quick exam was useless and I couldn’t wait to see what she billed my insurance for…..over $800 for 5 min of her precious time.
Similar to what Keren wrote - I have been using the doctors and staff at Emerson Endo for 6 or 7 years and it has gone well. Doctors are responsive and have been giving me good treatment and the staff has been almost always on top of everything to do with appointments, prescriptions, etc.
This office has been taking care of me for several years. They are terrific. Frankly, I am baffled by the negative reviews, all of my interactions with all clinical and administrative staff have been top notch. Highly recommended.
Very patient and kind staff
Frustrating experience. I do not feel cared for. My visit with the physician felt short and rushed, they are also difficult to schedule appts with.
