so far so good – I was referred to this guy by a realtor. I'll let you know how he treats me during closing. I've heard of crunch time "fees" when you have to close escrow by a certain date (ie., some brokers take advantage by putting a bunch of bogus fees or raises my interest on the loan because they know the home buyer can't get another loan in time).
