We can’t thank Chris Hoover enough for helping us from day 1, he was very professional and knew he had our best interest right away. He helped tremendously through the claims process and he was extremely quick to respond. The crew that came out to demo and install were extremely fast, handled our yard items/patio furniture with so much care and cleaned up everything. I did my due diligence. I checked Google. I checked BBB. I checked casenet. I asked for proof of insurnace from the salesman. At first, salesmen were great. Super responsive, answered all my questions, Presented professionally and.represented well. All went well until they put 3 men on top of an unsupported overhang/car port type shelter on the detached garden shed. Emerson Roofing were true professionals start to finish. Ray and Jesse were fabulous and sweat all the details, we couldn't have been happier with the ease of the paperwork/insurance/preparing of install. Install day was simply perfect. Nico and his team did fantastic work and left zero mess behind. Extremely happy with our new roof and couldn't recommend Emerson enough. Top notch all the way around.
