Trying to deliver items for Emerson but told they have totally moved.
This company owns Ridgid, a power tools company that continues to cheat customers with false advertizing. It has a 1 out of 5 stars rating in the Better Business Bureau. This reflects horribly on Emerson Electric's management and business practices.
My Dad spent 42 years with this company & was the #1 Driver for Emerson Electric!
Not very well disclosed to the public, I wonder why... Another big corporate company hiding from view. Poor customer service, all calls are routed out of the country to people who have minimal knowledge about their products and can offer no assistance. It seems they only care about their profits not people. Do not support this company.
