Mr Emerson is a semi-retired gentlemen with 30+ something years of experience and yet he is still so fit and energetic, did a hell of a job, even though he works alone. If you have a large-scale contractor job that requires multiple people to work, he may not be the best fit for you and I can kinda get the other negative review because if you are looking for useless standart customer service “bla bla”s that we are used to, he is not the guy. Very unprofessional person answering phone. Name of company was not ever provided--had to ask if I had the right number. Instead of offering to assist me I was advised that they were busy and there are several electricians listed in the book. Not sure how they are that busy with the customer service provided today.
Came out on a Saturday and was totally great. Reasonable prices and spot on service.
