Not enough handicap spots for a medical building. Accessible automatic doors do work but the buttons are often blocked by various things (hand sanitizer stands, side tables etc.) which is against ADA guidelines. The elevator on the 2nd floor has a large lip (as in 3+ inches) that I have to wheelie over in my wheelchair. Very unsafe.
The Doctor is see is great
Outstanding facility part of Emerson hospital nearby. Emerson has strong formal relationships with mass general. My family and I have had major surgery with doctors here. The results were perfect.
