I have hesitated for years to post a negative review of this company. The people at Emerson were all very nice to deal with, but the company renovated two bathrooms in our house several years ago, and we are STILL suffering from plumbing problems due to their shoddy work. Their plumbers were absolutely incompetent. Immediately -- on the day of installation -- we saw leaks from the toilets, faucets, under-sink drains, etc., and the company manager could not understand why I was upset because they "came back to fix it". Emerson did a beautiful job on my ailing bluestone and brick steps. The finished job made them seem as if they were almost new. This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; the entire staff is both professional and very pleasant. They priced out this job extremely fairly. Everything in this company runs like a finely tuned watch, and most importantly, they are very accessible and responsive. I recommend them without hesitation and will use them in a pinch for future work.

Wonderful people to deal with , on time, polite explained everything they were going to do and the new back steps are beautiful. Will definitely use again
