GREAT doctors and staff! Everyone really cares about your pet and it shows before and during the examinations. Have gone to them for 12+ years and will continue. Highly recommend!
We recently took our cat to Lake Air Animal Hospital for a wellness exam, but we were disappointed with the experience. The veterinarian did not seem to perform a thorough check-up—it felt rushed and more like a formality than a proper exam. Additionally, the receptionist we spoke with over the phone was quite rude and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. I've been with them for almost 20 years, and I love them all. They are sweet, understanding, caring, and considerate. I don't trust many with my fur babies, but I'll bet my bottom dollar they know their stuff. ALL of the staff are amazing!!!!!
The best vet around. They truly love your pets and don't charge ridiculous prices.
