The staff was absolutely the “BEST”, from greeting us ( me & one of my beautiful Corgis) assisting the Vet when he joined us, then went over all the instructions given by the Vet! They didn’t even stop there! They walked us to the door, still playing with my fur baby while simultaneously answering the remainder of my questions! GREAT doctors and staff! Everyone really cares about your pet and it shows before and during the examinations. Have gone to them for 12+ years and will continue. Highly recommend!
We recently took our cat to Lake Air Animal Hospital for a wellness exam, but we were disappointed with the experience. The veterinarian did not seem to perform a thorough check-up—it felt rushed and more like a formality than a proper exam. Additionally, the receptionist we spoke with over the phone was quite rude and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. I've been with them for almost 20 years, and I love them all. They are sweet, understanding, caring, and considerate. I don't trust many with my fur babies, but I'll bet my bottom dollar they know their stuff. ALL of the staff are amazing!!!!!
