no customer service at all. you would not hear from them ever just after they made their sales. called about hundred times just to resolve small issue with a jukebox machine in the past 6 months but no one shows up or even calls back.
Use them for all our locations, GREAT service and I highly recommend them!
A salesman came into my bar and promised me a bonus to switch vending companies which I did, Never got the bonus after numerous calls to them and I Finally went back to my original company which was by far a better company!! Unprofessional service!
