Horrible customer service, impossible to get ahold of someone. I've tried multiple email address and left voicemails, no call back.
I placed an order online but i cant find assistance on how to track it and its estimated delivery timeframe. Worst customer service ever. If you buy here, just forget that you will ever be helped from their company. Zero investment in customer service. * I did email the customer service email provided to me by the owner on the google reviews, but again no response. You people need to invest in customer service. its the worst you can ever find.
I wish there is a zero star to give it to this bad company with bad and rude customer services is better to go for sumsung , philips, or LG for tv’s than these unknown EMERSON nonsense what is Emerson radio or funai nonsense...
