Clean and modern environment. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. Nasir is a pleasure to deal with and really brings the warmth this place needs. He’s always smiling, bubbly and willing to help. He truly is the heart of this location.
The two at front desk are great. They answer everything you want to know about this place. We have lived here 2 months and really have fell in love with this place. I did not know we were getting in to living in apartment. So far it has been great. We do hear walking sometime but that could be expected. They stop early and doesn't bother us. Updated Review: The WiFi continues to be a bit spotty but for the most part has been resolved. We've been living here for about 6 months and are so happy we moved here! The building is well-kept and Josh at the front desk is always incredibly helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. The pool, gym, and roof are great amenities that we frequently enjoy. Since I stepped into Emerson complex I was given a tour of the complex by a gentleman called Josua. He is without a doubt a person that has knowledge of the property and the whole leasing process from beginning to end. He has excellent communication skills and I am very satisfied with the help that he provided. He managed all aspects of the leasing process, coordinated moving date and he addressed all my inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him! Eriberto Cruz
