easy experience and very helpful leasing office team
I had a great experience touring The Emerson, thanks to Nas. We initially had some issues with the self-tour app—it wasn’t working properly—but Nas was kind enough to step in and personally give us a tour. He showed us the 2 bed, 2 bath model unit and took the time to walk us through the amenities in both buildings. He was extremely courteous, professional, and informative throughout the tour. Great experience renting at The Emerson for a year. The amenities are great, the units are high quality, and the staff is helpful and responsive. Shamon, the property manager, is especially friendly and helpful!
While I love the apartment and am very impressed with the amenities, the WiFi outages have made it impossible to work from home. We receive emails saying the issue has been fixed but I still experience outages throughout the day, especially when I’m on important Zoom meetings. I hope this issue is fixed permanently as I know other residents are suffering in their ability to work from home as well.
The maintenance team at The Emerson is fantastic. Nasir fixed all our issues within an hour of putting a request! 5 stars!!
