I took my Bronco Sport in for a yearly NYS inspection and the team was wonderful. It did not take long at all.
You were able to get me in quicker than the other dealer that I normally used, but I’m sure I won’t be going back to them that’s for sure. Plus, you were able to get my truck back to me in very short period of time which was amazing. I pretty sure I’ll be using your dealership from now on.
Emerling ford’s service department is in fantastic hands with Pat Gorman behind the wheel. He made sure my truck was taken care of in a timely manner and that the problem was resolved. Honestly the fact that I make a 2 hour round trip from Attica to come see him instead of other much closer dealerships should say a lot by itself.
