Wonderful. Went in for service. Asked for more upon arrival and they accommodated me no problem.
Took our truck in for a recall repair: adding door insulation to keep the door lock from freezing in the open position. I was told it would take two days and they called me back same day. That repair is still under evaluation, but I also asked for an alignment if needed. I was shocked when I was told an alignment wasn't needed and walked out without paying for an unnecessary repair. I was delighted they were honest about the my truck not needing an alignment.
Had my muffler worked on. It was a recall. A couple weeks later still was noisy and smelled. Had to have a new piece of pipe put in. Brad and Patrick worked very hard for me to get reimbursed by Ford. Thank you, I am getting a full reimbursement.
