I'm writing this review,something I rarely do to thanks the staff at Olive Grove , specifically Jennifer Ciscneros the Executive Director My Father was recently unable to take care of himself ,his home or finances Jennifer Ciscneros has made the transition for Dad very easy and he seems happy to be there. I have lived at Olive Grove for a year and a half and I've watched changes for the good that I made this place better the staff is welcoming and caring and loving. I don't think there's a better assisted living place out there. I'd give it 10 Stars if I could.
DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE AT OLIVE GROVE ASSISTED LIVING. I worked at this facility for just over a week and a half before i could not take it anymore. It is genuinely sickening how inhumanly the residents are treated. This place needs to be investigated and definitely SHUT DOWN. The building is filthy. There’s a constant smell of urine and bodily fluids. Where to even start. This place deserves a negative 5 stars. If you love your family members DO NOT place them here, Bed bugs all over the place. The showers in MC don’t work either boiling hot water or freezing cold. Work orders won’t get you anywhere so no one’s getting any showers. Caregivers are left to work the floor alone people quit faster than they can hire.
