The staff members are absolutely amazing. They are supportive and they truly care about the residents and families.
My grandmother lived here for less than a month during her final few weeks of life. She often was soiled and forgotten about when we came to visit. After we weren’t able to call her for a few days, we discovered her SIM card was stolen from her phone at some point. Front desk staff openly talked about how horrible the company was. Doors were never locked to apartments. Very unimpressed with this facility. The more time you spend here during various times of the day, the more you’ll see.
My mom lives here and raves about how good the food William prepares is Update: Ownership has changed and so has the management of this facility. Staff has been reduced and the pricing has been increased
