Positive and deserving of 5 stars: nurses Jane and Jesus. One star to negligent staff who don't care if your loved one has clean clothes or has had their shower. O stars to staff who laughed when my father's specially ordered wheelchair went missing. O stars to staff who laughed as my dad fell out of a chair in the 'common area' O stars to staff who let my dad get locked in his room and had to scramble to find a key. I made an appointment to talk to the sales director and he didn't call me at the appointed time. I had to chase him. We booked another appointment and again he did not call me at the appointed time. I want to share my experience with other potential customers and residents. It appears this facility is not interested in us.
