My dad was placed at Emeritus Nov 2012 after touring several facilities. We were treated like family every visit we went to see him--offered coffee or drinks while he ate lunch. David, the facility maintenance and all around "make it right" guy became Phil's special buddy. Sandy, the unit coordinator, was awesome as was Melissa whom Phil trusted with his personal care.
