Don't allow your loved one to live here if you want them to be healthy and happy
This facility should not be called an assisted living rather un - assisted living. My family member fell and was not assisted for several hours. The residents have an “alert” button they were around the neck that goes unanswered. The door bell to the facility is never working. When my family member asked for the smallest amount of assistance the response from the staff was that she would be charged for assistance ( a fee for assistance). Also the staff is never available. My Dad lived at Brookdale Camino Real for the past 10 months. The staff was first rate. Emily, Tammy, Sylvia and Nee to name a few were so increadibly kind to him. The facility is well managed, maintained and kept very clean. I visited Dad many times per week during his stay and felt like the staff had the residents best interest at heart.
