I would stay as far away as possible from these people. Especially if you own a landscaping company, they are complete unprofessional hacks. I don’t do bad reviews but I have to so you don’t waste Thousands of dollars like I have. I had them do a spring service prior to the season to a Exmark commercial Zero Turn mower I own , not even 2 weeks into season the mower had problems which they said they fixed. RecommendedJust to let you know I stopped in on Christmas Eve, spoke to Joel, VERY HELPFUL, Please let him know, top notch) and walked out with my Christmas Present to myself, a Husqvarna 440e. Gent in back helped fire her up, showed me a few tips and as I was on my way, Joel came outside with a Husky hat for me. GREAT service and will always get my recommendation. Thanks, JOE
RecommendedThe employees strive to provide quality service in a timely manner. In today’s economy small engine repair facilities are disappearing everyday. Nice to find experienced parts and service departments. It is always busy there.
Terrible customer service. Apparently there is no way to get on a waiting list to get a tractor picked up to be serviced. I called 3 weeks ago and was told to call back in 3 weeks. So I did, and was told to call back in 3 weeks, and there will be no guarntee that they can service it then! We are seriously looking for other places to get our tractors serviced.
The absolute worst customer service I've had anywhere in a very long time. Waited a week for a belt for my kubota just to get the wrong one (which happens) So they "ordered" me the right one...waited another week and a couple days just to find out it never was ordered. Salem Farm Supply will be getting all our business from here forward.
