Bought my cub cadet last year from them. This year, first storm, had an issue. After calling for hours and no return call I called and didn’t push number for service I pushed number for administration low and behold I got a guy from service. Lol. He said repair was 3 weeks out. That would leave me till end of January. I’m looking for a new lawnmower for spring but I won’t go back there as they sell em but service sucks.
They have the best customer service. I've ok only bought a few parts but they have been awesome with answering questions even after hours and on weekend. I know where I'm going when I need my next piece of outdoor power equipment.
Emerich provided a seamless process from pricing to purchase to delivery. the new Cub Cadet exceeds my expectations, and the saleslady, and setupman/mechanic accompanied the tractor to my driveway to assure all was explained, and in order. Thank you.
The employees strive to provide quality service in a timely manner. In today’s economy small engine repair facilities are disappearing everyday. Nice to find experienced parts and service departments. It is always busy there.
The absolute worst customer service I've had anywhere in a very long time. Waited a week for a belt for my kubota just to get the wrong one (which happens) So they "ordered" me the right one...waited another week and a couple days just to find out it never was ordered. Salem Farm Supply will be getting all our business from here forward.
