We purchased two Cisco switches from this company. When one failed a few years later, Cisco would not honor warranty because they said the equipment was assigned to another organization. Repeated calls to ETI to resolve the issue went unanswered and no reply. Took weeks to get it straightened out with no help from ETI. Finally got Cisco to correct the info and it was be replaced under warranty. Will NEVER do business with ETI again.
