Went in. , check in with friendly front desk then sat down for the “wait”. Wes no wait. Five minutes name was called went in was met buck in Mya I think then straight to x-ray. Took pictures and returned to room. Them pa ca me in cod me out we came to game plan and was out. Under 30min I believe. Never would have happened at novant. I d still be waiting. And this was a walk in too! U got excellent people here…… try not to muck it all up trying to be like no ant.
The majority of the staff were kind and compassionate they were also knowledgeable and empathetic, if I could leave two different reviews I would. The reason I am leaving a 2 star review is because of my experience with the X-Ray technician was the most uncomfortable, unprofessional and anxiety inducing situation I have ever been in at a doctors office.
