This place is the best, hands down! The staff there are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and just down right nice. From the moment you walk in you are treated with care and respect. I highly recommend the Weaverville PT office. A special shout out to Dr. Hughes and Dr. Chambers, they are awesome! To the upper management that might read this; do what you need to do to keep the current staff from leaving. Keep the raises coming, they deserve it!!
Had bilateral ACL/meniscus injuries that were surgically repaired by Dr. Robert Boykin and then had PT with this group. You will not find a better, more caring, and professional PT crew than this. Katie and Autumn were so great and ,thanks to them, I recovered faster and am stronger than before. I had been told PT would be grueling and painful, but they paid close attention and tailored my sessions to my needs. Glowing recommendations all around!
Excellent care. I attended 4 physical therapy sessions for back pain. I was paired with Katie (sp?) and she was terrific! She's patient and provides great information. I gained so much knowledge from our sessions. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly I definitely recommend EmergeOrtho!
I was pleasantly surprised by my first foray into physical therapy to address knee discomfort from (excess) running. Loren Hughes, PT, DPT guided me through precision exercises to strengthen my hip muscles, and she provided me with helpful written and video material to use at home. Dr. Hughes was a joy to work with – I even reconsidered my career (Doctor of Physical Therapy sounds appealing!) – and I feel confident I will soon be hopping like this sheep!
