Everyone was friendly and professional. Jessica Harris was very thorough and explained everything so that a lay person could understand. Great experience.
Was seen in just a few minutes. The medical assistant did a great job of gathering information. After a very short wait PA Harris came in and listened empathetically to my recent history, assessed me and provided needed treatment at bedside. She left open the possibility of PT but only if necessary. And had me scheduled for a follow up, in case i needed it. Total professional.
Professional, kind, spends time talking with patient. May have to wait a little bit but just know she will give you all the time you need🥰
My visit to Emerge Ortho at Lake Junaluska went very well today. All staff were very nice and professional. Wait time was very short. Kyle Bailey is a great asset to EmergeOrtho. He was very friendly and professional. He showed me the x-ray findings and explained why I was having problems with my knee and went over the treatment plan and explained medication that would help me with the pain. I would highly recommend EmergeOrtho at Lake Junaluska and Kyle Bailey. I am pain free tonight!!
