I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was wonderful from checking in to my one on one with the physical therapist. My experience was very positive. I feel like they helped me so much and I am extremely grateful. I am doing great since my knee replacement surgery. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you EmergeOrtho Physical Therapy.
All of the staff are friendly. I didnt feel as if I was going into Therapy; I felt I was visiting friends and working out. I was never pushed beyond uncomfortable; if I felt pain, Rick would adjust the workout. I was told it might be 9 months or so for my shoulder to regain full motion. Rick provided me routines that worked the correct areas. Within a month, my shoulder is mobile and I am almost 100% back. I am so happy these were my physical therapists! I rate everyone a 10! Or a 5-star!
Besides the fact that the therapy is very helpful, everyone there was amazingly friendly and helpful. They made it feel I was there to do something fun (almost). I was most sorry to see it end! Thank you Dianna, Orion, and Rick!
What a wonderful place to heal with Physical Therapy after surgery and return to living life. From the first phone call to set up all Physical Therapy sessions to the final PT session - the experience was welcoming- kind - personable and highly professional.
