Have taken several sessions of physical therapy at Emerge Ortho Sunset Beach, NC. Had a knee replacement and the PT helped so much with getting my knee in shape to walk around the neighborhood like I’m used to. Shout out to the receptionist who has the right personality for greeting us! Also, to Elaine a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist with the right demeanor to nudge me to try to do my best! I really appreciated her nudging me and feels so good to go walking my neighborhood!! Thank you!!!
The staff at Emerge Ortho is awesome. I have mostly worked with Cole but Elaine too. They are very thorough, encouraging, professional, caring and make sure I go home with specific instructions on how to do the exercises at home. Very patient. The appointment woman Ellen is excellent; friendly and thorough.
I was unhappy with the wait time about 45 minutes before I could see the PA. The staff, the nurse and the PA were all excellent. They took their time speaking to me directly. I felt that I had 100% of their interest.
