Dr Kyle Nappo, Faith his assistant and Brandon Tate physical therapist are all tremendous, special shoutout to Brandon Tate, he is the best therapist I ever worked with.
We had a weekend urgent care visit. Even as a new patient we were able to make an appointment and be see the same day. We were seen quickly and properly diagnosed and given a follow up appointment. We couldn’t have asked for better more convenient care.
Medical staff is very good. The administrative staff can be incompetent. Here are recent examples: #1: They did not explain why I couldn't schedule a procedure that had been done many times before. I finally figured it out, but I did so on my own. #2: I was told that "the schedulers would be in touch" to schedule an appointment, but nobody contacted me. #3: Emerge told me that the fax number listed *on their website* is incorrect, which creates problems when another doctor tries to fax information to them. Took our 15 Month old toddler there this morning. Everyone there from the front check in person to the Dr we saw (Kevrin), they were all extremely helpful, nice and worked very well with such a young child needing to get x-rays. Would and will go back if ever needed.
I've been twice to Emerge Orthopedic Clinic in Burlington NC, and they were awesome! Very friendly and took care of me. Would definitely return and recommend them to anyone!
