Medical staff is very good. The front desk can be incompetent. Two recent examples: #1: They did not explain why I couldn't schedule a procedure that had been done many times before. I finally figured it out, but I did so on my own. #2: Emerge told me that the fax number listed *on their website* is incorrect, which creates problems when another doctor tries to fax information to them. Be careful of their billing. Was told the walking boot I left with would be $30 out of pocket and received a bill a month later for almost $250. When I called emerge ortho about the charge I was told I should have gotten it in writing and they were unwilling to compromise. Feels like a bait and switch

Emerge Ortho 1111 Huffman Mill Rd. a very well experience facility for my therapy. I enjoy all of my Therapist. They’re very experienced and knowledgeable. Any questions I have they can answer so if you have to have therapy at Emerge Ortho it’s a great place to have it. My Therapist names Shawn Adam Katie, very very nice polite and interested in your care. Keep up the good work guys. God bless.

This review is strictly for the front desk staff. They are rude, hateful and do not care how they treat patients or families of patients. They will then refuse to see said patient and refuse service. Using the excuse they can refuse service. This makes us want to go anywhere else but there.
