If I could give a lower score to this 'company', I would. My parent is a 100% disabled Veteran and traveling is a severe hardship for them. I asked since they were owned/associated with the same hospital as their PCP if we could do a virtual visit since it was just a consultation. Of course, they said no, that they had to see them in person to make their own records. My parents appointment was at 3:00 PM and we were in the waiting area until 3:30 PM.
